NIO China's two wholly-owned subsidiaries increase capital

NIO Sales and Service Co., Ltd. and NIO Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. recently underwent industrial and commercial changes. The registered capital of the former increased from RMB 11 billion to RMB 23 billion, and the registered capital of the latter increased from RMB 18 billion to RMB 26 billion. The two wholly-owned subsidiaries were established in March 2017 and August 2020, respectively, and are both wholly owned by NIO Holdings Co., Ltd.
