Xiaomi Motors plans to launch “three cars in three years”

Xiaomi Auto plans to launch three models in the next three years, including the high-end pure electric sedan SU7 in 2024, a pure electric SUV in 2025, and an extended-range SUV in 2026. This strategy is similar to Ideal Auto's strategy of first high-end and then low-end. However, the production capacity issue remains the biggest challenge facing Xiaomi Auto. Currently, the delivery queue time for YU7 can be as long as 56 weeks. Although the second phase of the factory is about to be put into production, the supply may still be tight when five models are produced at the same time.
