Recently, Landai Technology announced that the actual controllers of the company, Zhu Tangfu, Xiong Min, and Zhu Junhan, signed a share transfer agreement with Jiangdong Industrial Investment. Zhu Tangfu intends to transfer his 117 million shares of Landai Technology to Jiangdong Industrial Investment, accounting for 18% of the total share capital of Landai Technology. The total price of this share transfer is 1.348 billion yuan. If this equity change is successfully implemented and completed, the company's controlling shareholder will be changed from Zhu Tangfu to Jiangdong Industrial Investment, and the actual controller of the company will be changed from Zhu Tangfu, Xiong Min, and Zhu Junhan to the Ma'anshan Municipal People's Government.
