Innoscience expands 8-inch wafer production capacity

Innoscience plans to significantly increase its 8-inch wafer production capacity in the next five years, and expects it to reach 20,000 wafers per month by the end of 2025, with the ultimate goal of reaching 70,000 wafers per month.
