Hesai Technology appeals US Department of Defense's determination

LiDAR manufacturer Hesai Technology has filed a notice of appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals, challenging the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia’s determination. Hesai Technology believes that the Department of Defense’s determination lacks factual and legal basis and will actively seek legal means to protect its reputation. The district court acknowledged that the Department of Defense found no evidence that Hesai products were used for military purposes or had any connection with the Chinese military.
