Cambrian plans to raise 3.985 billion yuan for AI large-model chips and software platforms

Cambrian issued an announcement stating that the company plans to adjust the plan of issuing A-shares to specific objects in 2025. The number of shares to be issued will not exceed 20.9175 million shares, and the total amount of funds raised will not exceed 398,532.73 million yuan, which will mainly be used for chip platform projects for large models, software platform projects for large models and to supplement working capital.
