Nissan plans to dissolve COMPAS joint venture with Mercedes-Benz

Nissan plans to dissolve its COMPAS joint venture with Mercedes-Benz after ending production of crossover models at its 2.37 million square foot plant in Aguascalientes, Mexico, in early 2026.
