China Automotive Research Institute: Yueda Group plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 39.717 million shares

China Automotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that its shareholder Jiangsu Yueda Group Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 39.717 million shares in the next three months, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital.
