Bozze Sidco acquires 51% stake in Spanish car seat cover specialist Covercar

Bozze Sidco has announced that it has acquired a 51% stake in Covercar, a Spanish specialist in car seat upholstery. Covercar initially focused on supplying seat upholstery for SEAT cars. The company has three production sites in Morocco, mainly serving customers in the Iberian Peninsula. In addition, Covercar also supplies seat upholstery for the Volkswagen T-Roc model produced at Bozze Sidco's Palmela plant in Portugal.
