Tesla grapples with China's regulatory issues for fully autonomous driving systems

Musk said in a conference call that Tesla is working to resolve regulatory issues for its fully self-driving system (FSD) in the Chinese market, with the goal of having self-driving taxis cover half of the U.S. population this year.
