Goertek plans to spend HK$10 billion to acquire a precision metal structural parts company

Goertek announced that it plans to acquire two subsidiaries of Hong Kong Lianfeng for approximately HK$10.4 billion to enhance its competitiveness in the field of precision structural parts.
