Meta strikes deal with Scale AI, recruits Alexandr Wang

Meta successfully recruited Alexandr Wang in the negotiation with Scale AI and obtained the company's shares. In the early stage of the negotiation, the price difference between the two sides was large, but Meta finally agreed to increase the price and obtained some protection clauses when Scale AI was sold. Alexandr Wang may become Meta's chief AI officer.
