Renesas Electronics' performance declines in the first half of 2025

Renesas Electronics' sales fell 10.9% year-on-year to 633.4 billion yen in the first half of 2025, operating profit fell 48.4 billion yen to 175.7 billion yen, and net profit fell 51.4 billion yen to 151.1 billion yen. On a GAAP basis, the company recorded a loss of 235 billion yen in the first half of 2025 to support the Wolfspeed reorganization, resulting in a net loss of 175.3 billion yen.
