Tata Motors and Iveco reach acquisition agreement

India's Tata Motors announced an acquisition agreement with Italy's Iveco to merge their commercial vehicle businesses and establish a new commercial vehicle group. Tata Motors will acquire Iveco for €3.8 billion (approximately RMB 31.382 billion), excluding Iveco's defense business and the net proceeds from its spin-off.
