KLA-Tencor achieved significant revenue growth in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, primarily driven by market demand for advanced logic ICs, high-bandwidth memory (HBM), and advanced packaging technologies. Mainland China contributed 30% of KLA-Tencor's revenue in the quarter, the highest of all regions.
