Zunpai Communications infringes on Huawei's chip technology

The Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court recently determined that Zunpai Communication Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. and its founder, Zhang Kun, had violated Huawei's Wi-Fi 6 chip technology, constituting trade secret infringement. Zunpai's 99.65 million yuan in cash was frozen, the company was dissolved, and its technology destroyed.
