Innoscience and United Electronics jointly establish a gallium nitride technology laboratory

Innoscience and United Automotive Electronics (UAE) announced the establishment of a joint laboratory to develop advanced power electronics systems for new energy vehicles, leveraging the size, weight, and efficiency advantages of gallium nitride (GaN) technology. The two parties held a ceremony to unveil the joint laboratory at UAE's Suzhou R&D Center. GaN power devices are widely used in electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, artificial intelligence, and data center power supplies.
