Bosch Group completes acquisition of Johnson Controls' HVAC business

Bosch Group recently announced the completion of its acquisition of the US-based heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) business of Johnson Controls for $8 billion. This is the largest acquisition in Bosch's history and marks a significant advancement in its strategic layout in energy and building technologies. The acquisition includes Johnson Controls' global HVAC business for residential and light commercial buildings, as well as an interest in the Johnson Controls-Hitachi air conditioning joint venture.
