Xindao Technology plans to acquire equity in Jishun Technology and Shunlei Technology for 403 million yuan, achieving full control of Shunlei Technology. Shunlei Technology's 2024 operating revenue is expected to be 217 million yuan, and its net profit attributable to the parent company is expected to be 38.7925 million yuan, both showing year-on-year growth. In the first half of 2025, Shunlei Technology's revenue and net profit were 104 million yuan and 18.6113 million yuan, respectively. Shunlei Technology's products include TVS, ESD protection devices, MOSFETs, Schottky diodes, and other categories.
