Trump administration considers buying stake in Intel to support domestic chip production

The Trump administration is in talks with Intel, the struggling chipmaker, to take a stake in the company. Intel is the only American company capable of producing the fastest chips in the United States. The government stake would help finance Intel's factory, currently under construction in Ohio.
