BYD issues new regulations prohibiting forced labor

BYD recently released its "Group Regulations on the Prohibition of Forced Labor and Disciplinary Measures," aimed at safeguarding the freedom and dignity of its employees. The new regulations explicitly prohibit all forms of modern slavery, emphasize that employment must be voluntary, and prohibit the use or support of forced labor. The new regulations also cover modern slavery, prohibiting human trafficking, prohibiting child labor, and fostering a suitable working environment.
