Dongfeng Motor Group announces privatization and delisting

Dongfeng Motor Group announced that its subsidiary, Lantu Motors, will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange via an introduction, while Dongfeng Motor Group will complete its privatization and delisting. Upon completion of the transaction, Lantu Motors will be independently listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, while Dongfeng Motor Group will be delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
