NavInfo had negotiated an acquisition with QINGZHOU Zhihang but failed to reach an agreement.

It is understood that in addition to considering acquiring Jianzhi Robotics, NavInfo also held acquisition negotiations with QINGZHOU Zhihang, but ultimately failed to reach an agreement. QINGZHOU Zhihang announced in April this year that it had received $100 million in strategic financing from Chery Automobile and Luxshare Precision.
