Xpeng Motors and Xinlian Integrated Circuit (CI) recently jointly announced the successful mass production of China's first hybrid silicon carbide product. This product combines Xpeng Motors' design and development with CI's mass production expertise, aiming to reduce the cost and improve the performance of new energy vehicles through technological innovation. CI excels in power chip development and packaging processes, while Xpeng Motors, with its full-range 800V high-voltage silicon carbide platform, is further advancing new energy vehicle technology.
