Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation and Shandong Tianyue Advanced Technology Co., Ltd. have reached a basic agreement on SiC power semiconductor substrates. The two parties will engage in technical and commercial collaboration. Power semiconductors are key components for achieving energy efficiency and carbon neutrality in electrical equipment, and market demand continues to expand.
