According to the joint announcement, Lantu Auto's overall valuation is RMB 36.786 billion to 41.884 billion. Lantu plans to apply for the listing of its H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through an "introduction listing" after the allotment price is agreed. No new shares will be issued, only existing shares will be listed.
