Dongfeng Motor Group acquires 55% stake in Dongfeng Motor

Dongfeng Motor Corporation issued an announcement stating that Dongfeng Motor Group inherited 1.1 billion shares of Dongfeng Motor Corporation directly held by it through absorption and merger, accounting for 55% of the company's total share capital.
