Dongfeng Motor Group announces first half results

Dongfeng Motor Group announced its first-half results for the year, reporting operating revenue of 54.533 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.6%; gross profit of 7.599 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 28.0%; and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 55 million yuan, a 92% year-on-year decrease from 684 million yuan in the same period last year. In the first half of this year, Dongfeng Motor Group's cumulative sales reached 823,900 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 14.7%. Of this total, new energy vehicle sales reached 204,400 units, with the Lantu brand, in particular, seeing an 82.50% year-on-year increase in June.
