China's leading robot dog manufacturer, Yushu Technology, is facing a patent lawsuit.

In August 2025, Yushu Technology, a leading domestic company in the robotic dog field, was suddenly embroiled in a patent lawsuit. Reportedly, the company had just begun its IPO preparations in July, but just over a month later, it was sued by Hangzhou Luweimei Daily Chemical Co., Ltd. for alleged patent infringement. This lawsuit, the first patent-related litigation faced by Yushu Technology since its founding in 2016, came at a critical juncture in its pursuit of capital markets, and the outcome could directly impact its IPO process.
