Continental AG announces business restructuring and sale of OESL business segment

Continental AG announced the sale of its ContiTech OESL business unit to the US-based Regent Group. The OESL unit is a key supplier to the automotive industry, developing and producing key components for both internal combustion and electric vehicles, including hose and piping systems and bearings. The unit has a global presence, employs over 16,000 people, and generated revenue of approximately €1.9 billion in fiscal 2024.
