Jingxi Zhixing remains cautious about the mass production timeline for its EMB (electromechanical braking system). Some domestic customers anticipate the start of large-scale production in 2026, while overseas customers are more conservative, predicting 2029. Jingxi Zhixing Vice President Xue Chunyu believes that only small-scale production is possible in the short term, as many key issues remain to be resolved before full-scale production. Although some automakers have announced a "first launch next year," some have decided to postpone their plans after fully understanding the risks.
