Finnish government and Pontos acquire CATL's stake in Valmet Automotive

The Finnish government and Pontos have agreed to acquire CATL's 20.6% stake in Valmet Automotive. Upon completion of the transaction, the government will hold a 79% stake in Valmet Automotive and Pontos will hold a 21% stake.
