NIO's Q2 2025 revenue hits new high

NIO released its second-quarter 2025 financial report on September 2nd. During the quarter, NIO delivered 72,056 new vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 25.6% and a quarter-on-quarter increase of 71.2%. Total revenue reached RMB 19.01 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9.0% and a quarter-on-quarter increase of 57.9%. The comprehensive gross profit margin was 10.0%, a significant increase from the previous quarter. NIO invested RMB 3.01 billion in R&D during the quarter. Third-quarter deliveries are expected to reach 87,000 to 91,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 40.7% to 47.1%.
