Jiaxing Intermediate People's Court issues first-instance judgment on dispute between Mingxin Xuteng and Guoli Automobile

The Jiaxing Intermediate People's Court recently issued a first-instance judgment in a payment dispute between Mingxin Xuteng New Materials Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Guoli Auto Parts Co., Ltd. The court determined that Zhejiang Guoli owed Mingxin Xuteng 182 million yuan in payment and interest, and ordered Shanghai Guoli Automotive Leather Trim Co., Ltd. to assume joint and several liability.
