The plan to build a factory in Mexico is progressing steadily

BYD's plan to build a plant in Mexico is progressing steadily. Positioned as a core production base for the North American market, the plant will have a designed annual production capacity of 150,000 vehicles and will create approximately 10,000 jobs upon completion. Site selection for the plant began in February 2024 and negotiations are currently in the final stages.
