Rivian lays off employees to cope with multiple pressures

Rivian, a US electric vehicle startup, announced it is laying off less than 1.5% of its workforce to cope with the dual pressures of tariffs and the elimination of tax incentives. The layoffs are primarily concentrated in its commercial team, with employees offered the opportunity to transfer to other roles.
