Changes in Yuanrong Qixing's shareholders

Alibaba, Fosun Ruizheng, and funds affiliated with Oriental Fortune Capital have withdrawn from Yuanrong Qixing's shareholder list. Yuanrong Qixing said this is part of the company's efforts to establish a red-chip structure.
