WM Motor announces repayment plan for debts owed to suppliers

WM Motor announced a repayment plan for debts owed to suppliers. Ordinary creditors with debts of RMB 150,000 (inclusive) or less will receive full cash repayment within six months after the court approves the reorganization plan. For debts of more than RMB 150,000, in addition to the RMB 150,000 cash repayment, the excess will be repaid proportionally through the trust beneficiary shares.
