Swedish truck manufacturer Scania recently announced an organizational restructuring at its headquarters in Sweden, with the elimination of 750 positions. The layoffs are primarily concentrated in functional departments, with approximately 400 employees in Human Resources and People & Culture, and approximately 350 in commercial, sales, marketing, and operational support. The company emphasized that this round of restructuring will not affect blue-collar positions in production.
