On September 9, 2025, the fifth satellite of the Geely constellation was successfully launched from the waters off Rizhao, Shandong Province, with all 11 satellites successfully entering orbit. This follows the successful launch of the Geely constellation on August 9, marking the acceleration of the Geely constellation's network construction. The Geely constellation, built and operated by SpaceTime Aerospace, currently has 52 satellites in orbit. The Geely constellation will accelerate satellite network construction, with a planned first-phase deployment of 64 satellites to form a global satellite IoT communications network. The Geely constellation has conducted commercial communication tests in over 20 countries, achieving a communication success rate of 99.15%.
