NavInfo plans to acquire stake in Jianzhi Technology

NavInfo plans to participate in a new round of financing for Phi Gent Robotics Limited with a combination of cash and assets. Upon completion of the transaction, the two companies' intelligent driving businesses will be integrated to provide automakers with low-, mid-, and high-end intelligent driving services based on the Horizon Robotics and Qualcomm platforms.
