Leju Smart changes its name and advances IPO plans

Leju (Shenzhen) Robot Technology Co., Ltd. has changed its name to Leju Intelligence (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. to meet the needs of corporate management and strategic development. The company said that its business will not be affected and all existing contracts will remain valid. Leju Robot was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Shenzhen. The founding team is from Harbin Institute of Technology. The company has received multiple rounds of financing, and investors include Tencent, Moutai, CITIC Securities and Shenzhen Capital Group. The latest round of financing took place in August 2025. The company added several new shareholders and increased its registered capital to approximately 2.27 million yuan. Leju Robot delivered 300 humanoid robots in the first quarter of 2025, and it is expected that the annual delivery volume will reach 1,000 units.
