Mistral AI secures €1.7 billion in Series C funding

Mistral AI, a leading French artificial intelligence company, has raised €1.7 billion in Series C funding, led by Dutch semiconductor equipment manufacturer ASML Holding. This funding more than doubles Mistral's valuation, from $6 billion last year to approximately $13.7 billion. Nvidia, DST Global, Andreessen Horowitz, Bpifrance, General Catalyst, Index Ventures, and Lightspeed also participated in the round.
