The Defective Product Management Center of the State Administration for Market Regulation announced that Xpeng Motors will recall 47,490 Xpeng P7+ series electric vehicles manufactured between August 20, 2024, and April 27, 2025. The recall is due to poor contact in the power steering motor sensor wiring harness, which could cause power steering failure, increase control difficulty, and pose a safety hazard.
