Geely Intelligent Driving completed a major restructuring of its team in September 2025, establishing a new organizational structure with a clear division of labor. The merged Chongqing Qianli Intelligent Driving Technology Co., Ltd. adopts a matrix management model, with multiple vertical functional departments and horizontal divisions. Core leaders include CEO Wang Jun, Co-CEO Chen Qi, CTO Yang Mu, and Chief Scientist Yuan Pingyi. The merger primarily involved the Zeekr Intelligent Driving team and Maichi Intelligent Driving, bringing together approximately 2,000 people.
