HiPhi Auto hits a stalemate due to capital issues

Negotiations with HiPhi Automotive have stalled due to empty promises from overseas investors. EV Electra founder and chairman Jihad Mohammad stated that his company has not yet injected any funds into HiPhi, leading to the stalled negotiations.
