Dongfeng Motor recently announced the establishment of Dongfeng Motor Group Yuechuang Technology Co., Ltd., aiming to integrate parts R&D, manufacturing, and talent resources to promote the electrification and intelligent development of complete vehicles. Yuechuang Technology will serve as the core of Dongfeng Motor's parts business, integrating the functions of Dongfeng Motor Parts Division and Dongfeng Hongtai Holding Group Co., Ltd., and managing companies such as Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. and Nandou Liuxing (Wuhan) Technology Co., Ltd., to achieve resource integration and respond to market and technological changes.
