OpenAI is actively developing hardware

OpenAI is reportedly actively recruiting Apple hardware designers and collaborating with Apple's hardware manufacturing partners to launch its own devices. OpenAI has already hired some of Apple's design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, as well as some of Apple's AI researchers. In addition, OpenAI has signed agreements with Luxshare Precision and Goertek to provide assembly and component supply services for future OpenAI devices.
