Sales of mid-to-large displacement motorcycles will continue to grow in August 2025

According to data from the China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce, sales of motorcycles 250cc and above reached 84,000 units in August 2025, a year-on-year increase of 23.6% and a month-on-month decrease of 4.4%. From the beginning of the year to August, cumulative sales reached 675,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 36.0%.
