Mercedes-Benz restructures its board of directors

Mercedes-Benz is restructuring its board of directors to address market changes and competitive pressures. Ola Källenius has transferred Sales Director Britta Seeger to the Human Resources department, with Mathias Geisen taking over the role. Additionally, Oliver Thöne will replace Hubertus Troska as head of the Chinese market.
